I think it works. I can see the water it's so dark and all the dust came out. I mix with hot water and let it soaked for about an hour. Tips: I use 2 x packets. 1 box came in 4 x packets. Will use the other 2 the next 6mths.

The first round did clean some of the dirt on the outer side of the drum but after the last spin there was still more bits coming off the drum. I decided to open another packet and lets this pack soak the drum for about 2 hours. After 2 hours i started to run the machine and the water pump started making a strange grinding noise. My LG machine is 8yrs old and its a washer cum dryer. I am not blaming your product, it could be just wear and tear but after 8 yrs I think its time to change

Have been cleaning my washing machine regularly using other brands (Bought from NTUC Finest).
Was surprise to see the amount of dirt on the Lint Filter when I use Gong100 Washer Cleaner for the very first time (used without warm water). Never seen so much dirt with other brands of cleaner that I've used before.
There are lots of dirt on the drum too which I guess was too large to be drained off. Had to clean it off manually.

My washing machine used to have small paper-like particles floating around. I cleaned the filter regularly but it does not help to minimise the particles. It got stuck to my laundry after every wash. After using this after one packet, my washing machine was thoroughly clean. No more paper-like particles. Worth the penny paid!

Before using the product my washing maching is pretty dirty, every single wash and the flakes will stuck on all my clothes. This is my first time using the product and it doesnt really let all the dirty stuffs come out. Will try again next week.

Used the cleaning powder in the washer. This appeared at the end of the cleaning cycle. There were lots more in the machine itself which we had to wipe away after all the water had been drained away.

I tried using by adding few times hot water into the tub as my machine does not have hot water function. Saw review that have to use with warm. Maybe the my machine isn't that dirty to see the results, anyway can see a little dirty water in the tub.

Use the 1st pack. But I use the clean tub function cos my washing machine does not have the soak function. Believe it does help to clean the washing machine cos I saw some of the dirt around the washing machine. However, there left an unpleasant smell after washing. Not sure whether it's becos of the dirt that is being washed out. Need some advice here please.

The dirty stuff from the machine came off but I think I have to run another cycle to get rid of it properly cos some of the stuff was on the clothes.

It would help everyone a lot if there is an english instruction manual so that we can follow the steps correctly. After using one sachet to soak the washing machine, black debris appears all over the washing machine. Tried to clean and soak it a second time with just water, the black debris is still there. Not sure if we have done it wrongly.

I was sceptical of the product at first. Instructions came in Korean so I had to google translate it 1st. I used it and true enough, when I opened the water outlet while the machine was running, the murky water plus grime came out. Yucks! I put some in the compartment for detergent and softener, did not clean it though. I wish it did. It only worked with the drum. I will order this product again definitely.
