There are times when our mouths get ‘itchy’, feel like having a round of supper, or a few sips of beer...they are unhealthy, but tasty food such as fries...pairs up well with a bottle of beer ♡
Lazy to head out to buy, it’s troublesome and gonna make the kitchen if we fry them at home and most importantly, we may feel guilty of eating such high calorie food during night time...
No wonder air fryers have become so popular recently, not only is it easy to prepare and use, but also more healthy compared frying with oil!
Today, we will be sharing a couple of air fryer dishes which are simple (even a rookie like me can do it) and delicious (taste similar to those sold outside)!
Those who are too lazy to clean the grease pan or fryer, don’t worry! We will show you our "secret weapon" at the end √ Let’s go check it out~
Ever since I purchased the air fryer, fried chicken is my dinner everyday ^^ Suitable for high protein supply after exercise and those who wish to control their diet but don't want to eat tasteless water-boiled food ❤
Let's get started with the preparation for this dish!
First, sprinkle salt and pepper on two sides to marinate and wait for 20-30 minutes.
Put the marinated chicken into the air fryer basket and fry them in 180°C for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, take the basket out and flip the chicken to another side, put in some garlic chunks.
Put the basket back and let it fry once again in 200°C for another 6 minutes.
It's delicious and healthier eating food that's cooked from the air fryer and it’s ok even if you are not a great cook. Simply sprinkle some seasoning on top of the food and set the cooking temperature and time, all you have to do is to wait for the food to be ready ^^
While waiting for the food to be cooked in the air fryer, you can take 5-10 minutes playing Mario Kart √

Once the chicken is ready, sprinkle some sea salt and black pepper on top and it’s done! Isn’t that convenient?! ♡
[Fried Potato Chips]
I feel that this beats other chips out there! I’m a ‘Potato-Holic’...potatoes for life :D, but this taste will definitely be both kids and adults’ favorite!
This is a frozen potato chips pack I bought from Costco (forgot the price ><) has already been seasoned. Therefore, we don't need to add anymore seasonings (great for lazy people), you can just throw them into the air fryer, very convenient!
Lay a piece of aluminum foil flat in the fryer pan and pour in the sliced potatoes.
Let it fry at 180°C for 7 minutes.
Flip the side, fry for another 200°C for around 5 minutes.
Isnt that easy…?
Fry the potato slices to golden crispy, which taste better than eating regular pack of potato chips...plus this is healthier and makes a great side dish while drinking a bottle of beer ^^ Highly recommend♡
Deep fried tofu is a ‘must-have’ side dish to pair with beer! The inner part is soft and crispy on the outside...now my saliva is dripping...hehehe :D
Chop the tofu into rectangle pieces.
Put the pieces of tofu into the air fryer, add in some cooking oil (you may the spray-type to spread it evenly).
Fry them at around 200°C for 10 minutes.
Flip to the other side and fry for another 100 minutes at 200°C.
Last step is to make the dipping sauce for the tofu. All you need are soya sauce, chopped garlic, chilli padi and a few drops of sesame oil!
Here comes the dish that most of the seafood lovers will be craving for, not just relatively easy but at the same time...they taste amazing! For this dish, I used white prawns, they taste similar to BBQ prawns after frying it with the air fryer. The sweetness of the prawns, with the heavy seasonings makes this a great dish to dig in even with just a bowl of rice! 🤤
Wash the white prawns and marinate them for 15 minutes with salt, pepper and rice wine.
Put them in the air fryer and fry at 180°C for 5 minutes.
Open the fry basket and sprinkle some onion, minced garlic and chili padi.
Shake the fry basket to spread out the onion, minced garlic and chili padi evenly.

If you have kids at home, they will love this fried chicken dish♡ If you want some munchies at night, this will be perfect!
Again, I bought this frozen pack of Japanese style fried chicken from Costco. I am sure you can find similar ones at any other supermarkets!
No need to defrost the chicken, put them directly into the fry basket and fry at 180°C for around 10 minutes.
Flip to the other side and fry at 180°C for another 10 minutes!
Isn’t that super easy?! Now...I just want to grab a bottle of beer~~~
Although it is very convenient to use air fryers...the downside is that it is very difficult to wash and clean.
The use of air fryers may require just a bit of oil for cooking, but the oil will splash all over the fry basket, especially when there are holes on the bottom of the basket...you will need to scrub like mad to get those grease off 😭 ...
Therefore, we recommend using a cleanser that is specifically designed to get rid of grease! Stubborn dirt and grease stains are difficult to remove by using regular detergents!

Spray the Grease Spot Cleanser on the oily area and let it sit for 10 minutes, the solution will slowly dissolve the oil stain without scrubbing them vigorously!!!

Normally, I will place the oily basket in the sink and spray Grease Spot Cleanser all over and let it soak for awhile...
After 10 minutes, without using any dish soap, I can wipe off the stains easily! Rinse again with water until it is clean and shiny.
However, there are some circumstances where you need to use dish soap for additional boost if the stains are not budging. But, things are definitely easier with the use of Gong100 Grease Spot Cleaner❣ You may also use it on on the stove or induction cooker!
